If I am accepted, I agree to bring full payment for the semester in the form of cash or check to the church office during business hours, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. Should I leave the ITLA Program, or be dismissed from the ITLA Program during the semester, I understand that any tuition paid is nonrefundable.
